Service Description
PURPOSE: Time to take it to the next level and speed things up through Marksmanship, Speed, and Accuracy! OUTLINE: We will review what you learned in part 1 of our Defensive Handgun 101 course that focused on the five fundamentals of how to shoot. Now we want you to become a better shot and to do it all fast. Here we will add in timed pressure and a lot more shooting drills to hone your skills. AMMO COUNT: 200 rounds EQUIPTMENT LIST: -Firearm. pocket pistols, micro pistols, and sub-compact pistols ARE NOT ALLOWED due to size. -Holsters must be on the belt, outside the waistband hip holsters that correctly fit the weapon, completely cover the trigger guard, remain open when the weapon is removed, not allow the weapon to cover the shooter’s body, and cannot have a trigger guard retention device (such as the Blackhawk Serpa model and others). NO thigh rigs, cross-draw, etc. KYDEX HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -2-3 Magazines. If single stack magazine, we highly recommend at least 3 magazines. -Magazine pouch(s). Will be worn on belt on opposite side of firearm. -Electronic Hearing Protection. -Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses. -Clothing should be suitable for training in any weather, pants MUST have belt loops. A sturdy belt for holster and mag pouch to attach to. Closed toed shoes. Hat with brim. -Speed loader (optional) -Water bottle and sack lunch. PREREQUISITES: Have completed part 1 of Defensive Handgun 101. SCHEDULE: -9:00-9:30: Check in. Weapon and ammo inspection. If you are late, you will not be able to attend the remainder of the course due to safety precautions and will be contacted to reschedule for another day. -9:30-12:00: Range activities -12:00-12:30: Lunch -12:30-1:00 : Lunch lecture. -1:00-4:00: Range activities

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class more than 30 days before your scheduled class date, you may cancel and request a refund of the purchase price. Cancelation occurring 15-30 days before the start date of your course will be allotted a refund of 50% of the original purchase price. Classes cannot be cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) before your scheduled class date and a refund WILL NOT be given. Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Director of Worth A Shot and must be put in writing. Worth A Shot reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time.
